Selection Procedure- The candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Standards Tests (PST), Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) and Written Test.

Assam Police Recruitment Exam Pattern with Question Papers

In written exam the question paper consist of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) to be answered on an OMR answer sheet. For each correct answer the candidate will get half a mark granted.  Questions ask will be of the level of class IX and X. 

Total Marks Scheme (100)
>> Written Test- 25 Marks
>> Extra-curricular activities and special skills 15 Marks
a) Educational Qualification- 5 Marks
b) NCC/Home Guard/ Sports- 5 Marks
c) Diploma/Technical qualification from ITI/Polytechnic or other recognized Institute,or in Computer Application from a recognized/ accredited Institute- 5 Marks
>> PET Exam- 60 Marks
