This year Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) declares its results within 2 months of completion of the exam. The CS (Executive & Professional) exams are successfully taken in December 2024, whereas computer-based examinations for Foundation Programme. Last year the CS Foundation exam's results has been released in January, 2024 at 11.30 am. While the CS Executive Programme and CS Professional Programme exam results would be flashed on February, 2024. This is to notify that ICSI does not publish physical mark sheets for Foundation and Executive programs anymore. Details of ICSI CS Result 2022 Merit List:

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Result for Company Secretaries requires minimum 40% marks in each paper and aggregate 50% marks required.  We will give all updates on ICSI CS Result for Exam taken in June 2021.  On the basis of Result the ICSI CS Merit List 2019 will be prepared.  The ICSI Result will consists of candidates includes name wise/ subject wise/ roll no. wise details are given.  The Subjects of ICSI Exam 2021:-

Modules 1 (subjects)- Company Law, Cost and Management Accounting, Economic and Commercial Laws and Tax Laws and Practice.
Module 2 (subjects)- Company Accounts and Auditing Practices, Capital Markets and Security Laws and Industrial, Labour and General Laws.
Minimum Marks in Each Paper- 40%
Aggregate Marks- 50%
