Age Limits: Candidate must have minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 28 years as on date 1st January 2016. SC/ST/PWD/Woman category will get age relaxation as per norms of the government. You can view Punjab police results
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300/- to Rs. 34800/- + G.P. Rs.3200/-
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be 12th passed or its equivalent qualified from any recognised university or board.

For SC/ST Candidate: Rs. 100/-
For Ex-serviceman: No fees.

>> Only those candidates who are found to fulfill the requisite minimum and maximum age and educational qualifications shall be screened for height. And all candidates who have  been found to be of requisite height (male-5’7” & female-5’3”) will stand qualified to appear in the Physical Screening Test (PST).......................
Physical Screening Test (PST)
The candidates shall be required to appear in the Physical Screening Test, which shall be of a qualifying nature and shall comprise of the following events:-
Male Female ESM Age ≤ 35 years ESM Age > 35 years
1600 meters Race to be completed in 6 minutes 30 seconds (only 1 chance) 800 meters Race to be completed in 4 minutes (only 1 chance) 1400 meters Walk and Run to be completed in 9 minutes (only 1 chance) 1400 meters Walk and Run to be completed in 12 minutes (only 1 chance)
